A CHANGE OF PACE AND STYLE.
Our builders are currently working on this extensive house renovation on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
We commenced a major renovation of a family home at Balmoral in late 2022. The owners have lived in the property for 20+ years and, now their children have grown up, want to transform it into a home where they can entertain family and friends in large indoor / outdoor areas. A lift will also be integrated to accommodate the owners as they get older. The renovation will also take full advantage of the pretty views of Balmoral.
May 2023 update
This enormous project is progressing well. The La Nina rain that bucketed Sydney until February made the going a little tough at times. In spite of the rain, we’ve made excellent progress with the top floor ensuite, walk-in robe and a large amount of drainage complete.
We are now working on the garage, laundry, family room and balcony. The lift from the garage to the top floor is awaiting installation.
